Rich serves as CEO and chief software architect. As such, Rich is responsible for maintaining the software in peak form as well as developing new technologies. Rich has a unique ability to implement new features and changes to suit your needs without compromising functionality.

Company founder and president, Jim performs training and on-site implementation assistance, assists in software development and also helps with support. He has been personally involved in the implementation of over forty-five of our existing users and looks forward to helping many more successfully deploy our products.

Offering a unique blend of experience, including a decade of packaging experience along with his IT credentials, Shane serves as a Senior Developer on the Mountain.

With 30 years in the newspaper industry, Billy brings a wide array of packaging, distribution, and management skills to the Burt Response Center. His diverse skills assist our CSR’s daily with superior customer support.

A veteran of over 27-years newspaper packaging & distribution experience at the San Francisco Chronicle Patrick was instrumental in the success of the Packaging & LineManager applications there.
Time with Company:
Rick began his newspaper career in 1979. Rick was instrumental as part of the Denver Newspaper Agency Burt System implementation in 1994. Rick was a primary user of BURT applications during the JOA merger.
Time with Company:
With over 12 years of experience with the Edwardsville Intelligencer and St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Chris brings his packaging and management skills to Burt. He was instrumental in the implementation of Burt LineManager at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
